Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

For in-stock Buy Now equipment, customers may choose one of the following options during checkout:

• Local Pickup — Free. Pick up the equipment from our designated pickup location. The exact pickup address and instructions are provided after the order is confirmed.
• Customer-Arranged Shipping. You may arrange transportation using your own carrier or freight provider. Daily Break provides the pickup location and necessary shipment information. Transportation arrangements and costs are your responsibility.
• Delivery Arranged by Daily Break. Upon request, Daily Break can arrange freight or delivery. Delivery cost is not included in the Buy Now equipment price and is quoted and invoiced separately based on destination and delivery requirements.

Para equipos Buy Now en stock, el cliente puede elegir una de las siguientes opciones durante el checkout:

• Recogida local — Gratis. Puede recoger el equipo en nuestro punto de recogida designado. La dirección exacta y las instrucciones se proporcionan después de confirmar el pedido.
• Envío organizado por el cliente. Puede contratar su propio transportista o proveedor de carga. Daily Break proporciona la ubicación de recogida y la información necesaria. La organización y los costes del transporte son responsabilidad del cliente.
• Entrega organizada por Daily Break. A solicitud del cliente, Daily Break puede organizar el transporte o la entrega. El coste de entrega no está incluido en el precio Buy Now y se cotiza y factura por separado según el destino y los requisitos de entrega.

• Доставка, организованная покупателем. Вы можете самостоятельно заказать перевозку у выбранной транспортной или freight-компании. Daily Break предоставляет адрес забора и необходимую информацию. Организация и стоимость перевозки являются ответственностью покупателя.
• Доставка, организованная Daily Break. По запросу Daily Break может организовать freight-доставку или другую перевозку. Стоимость доставки не включена в цену Buy Now и рассчитывается и выставляется отдельным счётом в зависимости от адреса и условий доставки.

Products marked as Pre-Order are manufactured or imported after purchase and typically require 2–3 months for delivery.

Standard shipping is included in the advertised Pre-Order price. Daily Break does not add a separate standard shipping charge for delivery of the pre-ordered equipment. Additional customer-requested services or options, if any, may be quoted separately.

Los productos marcados como Preventa (Pre-Order) se fabrican o importan después de la compra y normalmente requieren 2–3 meses para su entrega.

El envío estándar está incluido en el precio anunciado de Pre-Order. Daily Break no añade un cargo separado por el envío estándar del equipo pedido por preventa. Los servicios u opciones adicionales solicitados por el cliente, si los hubiera, pueden cotizarse por separado.

Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by weather, carrier delays, customs processing, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Large equipment, vending machines, smart coolers, cabinets, and commercial equipment may be transported by freight carrier and may require scheduling with the customer. The party arranging the shipment is responsible for coordinating the applicable carrier arrangements.

Los equipos grandes, máquinas expendedoras, enfriadores inteligentes, gabinetes y equipos comerciales pueden transportarse mediante transportista de carga y pueden requerir coordinación de horario con el cliente. La parte que organiza el envío es responsable de coordinar los detalles correspondientes con el transportista.

Крупногабаритное оборудование, вендинговые автоматы, умные холодильники, шкафы и другое коммерческое оборудование могут перевозиться грузовой транспортной компанией и требовать согласования времени с покупателем. Сторона, организующая перевозку, отвечает за соответствующее взаимодействие с перевозчиком.

Inspect the equipment and packaging at delivery. Report visible damage as soon as possible, preferably within 48 hours and no later than 7 calendar days, and keep all packaging until the claim is resolved.

Inspeccione el equipo y el embalaje al recibirlo. Informe daños visibles lo antes posible, preferiblemente dentro de 48 horas y a más tardar dentro de 7 días calendario, y conserve el embalaje hasta resolver la reclamación.

Осмотрите оборудование и упаковку при получении. Сообщите о видимых повреждениях как можно скорее — желательно в течение 48 часов и не позднее 7 календарных дней, сохранив упаковку до завершения рассмотрения.

Daily Break Store is not responsible for delays or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
